Wandering Star Resorts LLC ("Wandering Star Resorts," "we," "us") rents vacation homes in Thackerville, Oklahoma. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Booking details you or a booking site give us: name, phone, email, dates, the house, and payment status.
- Star Card details you choose to give us: name, mobile number, email, home town, and what brings you here (for example golf or concerts).
- Messages you send us by text, email or through a booking site.
- Basic website data, such as pages visited, through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use it
- To manage your stays and answer your questions.
- To run the Star Card: track nights and credit, and send member rates you've asked for.
- To improve our houses and service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
- We only send marketing texts if you check the box agreeing to receive them. Agreeing to marketing texts is optional and not a condition of booking or joining. Star Card texts (your balance, codes and security codes) are how the program works, so joining requires agreeing to those.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share with
Only service providers that help us run the business (for example our booking system, payment processor and messaging platform), and only as needed to provide their service, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or leave the Star Card, by contacting [email protected].
